Instruments are used in the music band through the use of shadows but yet this clearly still shows that he is part of a band. This distinguishes the two singers and the audience can tell that the one of the main singers are in a band. Whereas the other artist is only shown by himself and not with the band at all. There is one artist who is in the band and is also shown by himself. This is seen many times in this music video such as - the word up is sung and then an image of one of the artists pointing upwards is shown. Images related to lyrics A general convention in music videos are to have images relevant to the lyrics. Genre in this music video can be portrayed through the costume of the artists as they are quite urban and fashionable which is linked to Rap-Pop. The setting is urban and distinguishes the street life in the rap genre.
